Complete the appropriate entry forms and mail FOUR COPIES of your script. This link will take you to a page which contains all the questions we need answered. Simply copy and paste the appropriate questions into your preferred word processor, print and send with your scripts. Please note how many copies we need of each!

Read, print and sign our Release Form, which is found on the entry form questions page. This is for our mutual protection. Please cut and paste this into your preferred word processor, print and sign. You must submit a signed Release Form for EACH TITLE you enter!

1. Enclose a check for your non-refundable Registration Fee of $20 US for EACH TITLE entered. Make check payable to: Mind's Ear Audio Productions. We also accept payments via PayPal to MindsEar@minds-ear.org. Please include your name, the name of the script, and a daytime phone number in the transaction notes.

3. NEW DEADLINE FOR 2006 ENTRIES: All entries must be postmarked by midnight on Tuesday, January 16, 2007.
4. ELECTRONIC BACKUP: Please also email a copy of your completed entry forms to MindsEar@minds-ear.org , and let us know when your entry was mailed. We will confirm safe delivery of your entry once it arrives. NOTE: You will not be officially entered until your mailed package arrives. We ask for the electronic copy for our records.
5. YOU MAY ALSO ENTER VIA EMAIL WITH CREDIT CARD PAYMENT. We accept PayPal.
6. INTERNATIONAL PLAYWRIGHTS ONLY: You MAY email your entry with an additional $30 processing fee for electronic entries to cover printing and duplication of your script for our judges. This is a new program for 2006, and we are still working out the details. Please email us with questions on this option. We will need you to mail your signed entry forms, but this option will save on costly and time-consuming international postage on scripts. We wanted to make it as easy as possible for international playwrights to participate, because we know how involved, time-consuming and expensive international mail can be.

ENTERING MORE THAN ONE SCRIPT? If you would like to enter more than one script, we will need only ONE COPY of your Playwright Information Form and Playwright Release Form. These are not distributed to the judges; we just need one copy on file per entry/playwright. We would need FOUR copies of EACH script, with an Official Entry Form attached to EACH copy of the script (one for each judge), and a $20 entry fee per SCRIPT.
