Lisa Humberson's breath-takingly eloquent and powerful historical drama Boudica is a true standout in contemporary audio theatre scriptwriting vision and technique. Take the story of one of history's most powerful (yet mostly unknown) female warrior queens, and spin it through the considerable talents of an unbelievably talented contemporary female playwright. Her use of language amazed us. Her use of sound as a living, breathing character awed us. You will be moved, enlightened, enraged, and humbled by the power of this story. Hers is a timeless tale of dignity and honor. “Boudica” will shock you with the sheer power of words and sounds.
Available on The Best of IATSC: Volume 1 CD (with First Place Winner, The Unraveling, by Kevin James Miller).

Dr. Havens learns more about her young patient than she could have ever suspected, and in that epiphany is the seed of tragedy. It's all about control, power, and how each person defines "evil".
